Skip Force is now Leads Pro, and it's no longer a skip tracing tool. The domain redirects to leadspro.io, where the product is a sales CRM with AI calling — plans from $97 per month. Skip tracing and property data don't appear in any tier. If you need data, look elsewhere.

📌 Skip Force To Leads Pro: Quick Snapshot

What Changed

Skip Force rebranded to Leads Pro. Same company, but the product changed category — not just name.

What It Is Now

A sales CRM with a dialer, AI voice agents, and SMS/email sequencing. Built to work leads you already have.

What's Missing

Skip tracing and property data aren't included in any of the three plans. The thing Skip Force was known for isn't part of the lineup.

The One Thing

If you came looking for phone numbers, this isn't the product anymore. Go straight to the alternatives.

If you typed skipforce.com into your browser and landed on something called Leads Pro, you're not in the wrong place and the company didn't fold. Skip Force rebranded. Same operation, new name — and a genuinely different product underneath.

That last part matters more than the name. The Skip Force most investors knew was narrow and cheap: upload a list, pay five to nine cents a match, get back phone numbers with a quality score and a best-time-to-call window. You could run a small list for a few dollars and walk away. Leads Pro is something else entirely — a sales CRM with a phone dialer, AI voice agents, and automated outreach sequences, starting at $97 a month.

Whether that's an upgrade or a downgrade depends entirely on what you were using Skip Force for. This review covers what changed, what the platform does now, what it actually costs, and who should look somewhere else. Real Estate Skills has no financial relationship with Leads Pro or Skip Force and earns nothing from this review. We do sell real estate training, which we mention where it's relevant.

September 2026: Rewrote the article for Skip Force's rebrand to Leads Pro. Added current pricing, a scored verdict, a "who this is wrong for" section, and expanded alternatives. Removed dead outbound links and inactive affiliate parameters. Separated historical Skip Force rates from current Leads Pro plans.

January 2026: General content refresh.

October 2023: Original publication of the Skip Force software review.

What Happened To Skip Force?

Skip Force rebranded to Leads Pro. As of September 2026, skipforce.com redirects to leadspro.io, the old pricing page returns a 404 error, and a few legacy Skip Force pages are still live with outdated rates. The company didn't shut down — it relaunched as a different kind of platform.

Type skipforce.com into your browser today and you don't get Skip Force. You get redirected to Leads Pro. Nothing broke and nobody disappeared. Skip Force rebranded, and the new name is Leads Pro.

The handoff has been sloppy, and you should know that before you go looking for pricing. When we checked in September 2026, the old plans-and-pricing page returned a 404 — meaning the page no longer exists — while the old Skip Force skip tracing page was still sitting there live, still advertising carrier data at five to nine cents a match, the Prime Number Generator at eight cents, and an email add-on at three cents. Those are the old rates. If you land on that page from a Google search, you're reading a price list for a product that isn't sold that way anymore.

So the practical rule: anything on a skipforce.com URL is history at this point. Current pricing lives on leadspro.io.

The name isn't the real change. The product is. Skip Force was narrow and cheap — upload a list, pay per match, get back phone numbers with a quality score and a best-time-to-call window. You could run a small list for a few dollars and never subscribe to anything. Leads Pro sells a sales platform: a CRM pipeline, a phone dialer, AI voice agents, and automated SMS and email sequences. Those are tools for working leads you already have, not tools for finding them.

There's one question we can't answer yet, and we'd rather say so than guess: what happened to existing Skip Force accounts. We found no public announcement, no migration notice, and no support documentation covering unused credits, active subscriptions, saved lists, or whether old logins still work. If you had a Skip Force account with a balance on it, contact Leads Pro directly and get an answer in writing before you assume anything carried over.

🔍 What We Found

We checked every Skip Force link in this article on September 2, 2026. The root domain redirects to leadspro.io. The plans-and-pricing page returns a 404. The skip tracing product page is still live and still shows the old per-match rates. Sites still describing Skip Force as a standalone skip tracing product with 2024 pricing haven't rechecked their links.

What Is Leads Pro?

Leads Pro is a sales CRM and outreach platform for real estate teams. Plans include a pipeline, phone dialer, SMS and email sequencing, AI voice agents, and call grading. It's built to work leads you already have — not to find them. Skip tracing isn't included in any tier.

Leads Pro sells you a way to work leads. Not a way to find them. That distinction is the whole review.

Their pricing page lists what you get at each tier, and the pattern is consistent across all three: a full CRM pipeline, lead capture through forms and webhooks, automated SMS and email sequences, a built-in phone dialer, pre-built AI voice agents that make calls for you, AI call grading that scores your reps' conversations, and an automation builder for chaining steps together. Contract sending with e-signature comes in at the middle tier. Every plan includes unlimited users, which is unusual and genuinely good if you're running a team.

Monthly allowances are all outreach volume. Starter gives you 500 SMS, 100 call minutes, 5,000 emails, and 10,000 workflow actions. Growth triples most of that. Scale roughly doubles it again. AI usage is pay-as-you-go on every tier, so the subscription is a floor rather than a ceiling.

Here's what isn't on that list: skip tracing, property data, records, lists, or leads of any kind. Not at $97, not at $397. We reviewed all twenty-nine feature lines across the three plans and none of them mention the thing Skip Force was built to do.

That may not be permanent, and it's possible data is sold separately outside the plans — their older marketing materials still describe property data and skip tracing as part of the workflow. But as their pricing page reads in September 2026, you're buying a CRM with AI calling. If you need phone numbers for a list of property owners, this product doesn't currently sell them to you.

Leads Pro Pricing (And What Skip Force Used To Charge)

Leads Pro costs $97, $197, or $397 per month, with unlimited users on every tier. Allowances cover SMS, call minutes, emails, and workflow actions — not skip traces or property records. Skip Force previously charged five to nine cents per match with no subscription required.

You're no longer buying the same thing, so comparing the prices directly is misleading. Compare what the money gets you instead.

What Skip Force charged. Carrier data ran five to nine cents per match, six cents with the $49 monthly membership. The Prime Number Generator was eight cents, an email append three more. Property data was separate at $99, $145, or $175 a month. The key detail: you could skip trace without subscribing to anything. Run 500 records, pay for the matches, walk away. Those rates were still live on the old Skip Force site as of September 2026.

What Leads Pro charges. Three tiers, all with unlimited reps and users.

  Starter Growth Scale
Price $97/mo $197/mo $397/mo
Built for Small teams starting out Teams running real volume High-volume, multi-market
SMS 500/mo 1,500/mo 4,000/mo
Call minutes 100 min/mo 300 min/mo 800 min/mo
Emails 5,000/mo 25,000/mo 75,000/mo
Workflow actions 10,000/mo 30,000/mo 65,000/mo
AI voice agents 2 pre-built All 4 pre-built 1 custom agent
Skip traces / records None None None
Trial 14 days, card required None — direct purchase Onboarding call required

Pricing as of September 2026. Confirm current rates and included allowances directly with Leads Pro before subscribing.

Three things stand out.

The allowances are outreach, not data. Every included line is something you spend contacting people. Nothing is something you spend finding them.

100 call minutes is not a lot. That's the Starter tier — under two hours of dialing per month. Anyone doing real cold call volume burns that in a day and moves to Growth's 300 minutes, which is still five hours. Price the tier on call minutes, not on the headline number.

The free trial is a real improvement. Starter includes 14 days with a credit card. Skip Force ran a zero-refund policy. Note that Growth — the tier they mark most popular — has no trial at all, and Scale requires an onboarding call before it activates.

💡 A Wholesaler Running 1,000 Records A Month

  1. Under Skip Force: roughly $60 in matches at the member rate, plus the $49 membership — about $109. Or no subscription at all, paying the higher per-match rate only when you ran a list.
  2. Under Leads Pro: $97 a month buys the CRM and dialer, and zero of the 1,000 records. You still need a data provider on top.
  3. The result: this isn't a price increase. It's a different purchase. Your data cost didn't go up — it moved somewhere else entirely.

$1,164 A Year Buys You Data. It Doesn't Buy You A System.

That's the part most people miss. They subscribe to a platform, pull five thousand phone numbers, and then stall — no script, no idea who to call first, no plan for what happens when a seller says yes. The tool was never the bottleneck. Our FREE Training walks you through the part software doesn't do: how to find discounted properties, what to say on the call, and how to get a contract signed. Watch it before you spend a dollar on data.

Who Leads Pro Is Wrong For

Leads Pro is wrong for anyone who needs skip tracing or property data, since neither is included in any plan. It fits teams that already have leads and want a CRM, dialer, and AI calling in one place. Beginners without a deal process should skip it.

If you came here looking for what Skip Force used to do, stop reading and go to the alternatives section. Leads Pro doesn't sell it.

That's the short version, and it covers most people who land on this page. Below are the finer distinctions.

You need data, not a CRM. The clearest case. You want phone numbers for a list of absentee owners. That's not a product Leads Pro currently sells at any tier. Buy from a per-record skip tracing provider instead.

You're brand new and don't have a system yet. The most common mistake we see. Someone reads that data is how you find deals, subscribes to a platform, and stalls — no script, no idea who to call first, no plan for when a seller says yes. Software gives you tools; it doesn't teach you what to actually say on the call. If you haven't done a deal, learn the wholesaling process first and buy tools once you know what you're missing.

You're a solo operator with light volume. The unlimited-users pricing is built for teams. If it's just you making a few calls a week, you're paying for a rep-management platform to use one seat.

You're not calling consistently. The allowances reset monthly and don't roll over. Seasonal marketing, or going quiet when a deal is in escrow, means paying full price for months you barely use.

Who It Does Fit

Fair is fair. If you have lead flow already — from your own marketing, a data provider, or referrals — and you're currently paying separately for a CRM, a dialer, and a sequencing tool, consolidating at $97 to $397 with unlimited users is a reasonable trade. The AI voice agents and call grading are genuinely differentiated, and if you're running reps, call grading solves a real problem.

The honest summary: Leads Pro is a decent product aimed at a different buyer. Skip Force's cheap, no-commitment data was what made it worth recommending to someone doing their first list. That product is gone, and nothing in the new lineup replaces it.

📓 The Real Bottleneck

Most people who quit wholesaling didn't quit because their data was bad. They quit because they never had a repeatable way to find a deal, talk to a seller, and get a contract signed — so no list, at any price, was ever going to work. Buy tools to speed up a process you already have. Don't buy tools hoping they'll create one.

Our free training covers that process end to end. Real Estate Skills sells real estate education, so treat that as our bias — but the point stands whether you learn it from us or anywhere else.

Leads Pro Alternatives (And When To Use Them)

If you used Skip Force for skip tracing, you need a different provider — Leads Pro doesn't include it. The main alternatives are BatchSkipTracing, REISkip, Skip Genie, and Direct Skip. Per-record providers are the closest match to Skip Force's old pay-per-match model with no monthly subscription.

This section is the answer for most people reading this page. Leads Pro doesn't sell skip tracing, so if that's what brought you here, you're picking a new provider — and the good news is the market is competitive. For a wider look at the field, see our guide to the skip tracing tools built for real estate investors.

Start with your volume. If you run lists occasionally, you want a per-record provider with no monthly floor. That's exactly what Skip Force offered and exactly what disappeared. If you're running campaigns every month, the bulk platforms are worth pricing out. Either way, you're buying data, and you'll decide separately whether you also need somewhere to work it — which is the job Leads Pro is now built for.

  Model Monthly floor Best for
Leads Pro Monthly platform Yes — $97+ Teams that already have leads and want a CRM
BatchSkipTracing Per-record + plans No Bulk tracing with a dialer built in
REISkip Per-record No Investor-specific data and property details
Skip Genie Subscription Yes Detailed single lookups
Direct Skip Pay per hit No Occasional lists, no commitment

BatchSkipTracing

The closest thing to a direct replacement if you're doing bulk work. Single or bulk traces, a built-in dialer, and a free DNC indicator — that last one matters, since scrubbing against the Do Not Call registry is a compliance step you'd otherwise pay for separately. No monthly floor required to run a list, which is the specific thing Leads Pro removed.

REISkip

Built for real estate investors specifically, which shows in the data. Their Skip Trace Triangulation cross-references multiple sources to surface the highest-probability numbers, and published reporting puts their match rate at 85 to 90 percent of submitted leads returning at least one phone number, drawn from 300 million property records. They also do field mapping — useful if you're importing lists with inconsistent column headers, which is most lists. Per-record pricing, no subscription trap.

Skip Genie

Deeper reports on individual lookups — address, contact information, associated people. That's a different job than bulk tracing. If you're working a small list of high-value targets and want everything on each one, it fits. If you're processing thousands of records, it doesn't.

Direct Skip

Bare-bones and honest about it. Pay only when you get a hit, no subscription, no platform. For someone running a few hundred records who just wants numbers back, that simplicity is the feature — and it's the closest thing left to how Skip Force used to work at the low end.

How To Choose

Three questions, in order.

How many records a month? Under a thousand, or irregular — go per-record and skip the subscription entirely. Consistent thousands — price out the bundles.

Do you already have a dialer, CRM, and mail vendor? If yes, buy data only; you'll pay twice otherwise. If you're building from nothing and calling every day, one platform is genuinely simpler.

Are you actually going to call? Be honest. Most people overestimate this, subscribe, and pay for months of not calling. And if you don't yet have anyone to sell a deal to, build a cash buyers list before you spend a dollar on data. The cheapest data is the data you don't buy until you're ready to work it.

You'll Have The Numbers. Do You Know What To Say?

Picking a skip tracing provider is the easy part. The hard part starts when you've got 500 phone numbers and a homeowner picks up. Most people freeze, sound like a rookie, and burn a lead they paid for. Download our free Wholesaling Cold Calling Script — the exact lines for opening the call, handling "I'm not interested," and getting to a real conversation about the property. Get it before you buy your first list, not after you've wasted it.

Skip Force & Leads Pro FAQs

What happened to Skip Force?+
Skip Force rebranded to Leads Pro. As of September 2026, skipforce.com redirects to leadspro.io. The company didn't shut down or get acquired by an unrelated business — it relaunched under a new name with a broader product. A few old Skip Force pages are still live with outdated pricing, so check the date on anything you find.
Is Skip Force the same as Leads Pro?+
Yes. Leads Pro is the rebranded version of Skip Force. Same operation, new name, and a significantly different product. Where Skip Force sold skip tracing and property data, Leads Pro sells a sales CRM with a dialer, AI voice agents, and outreach automation.
Is Leads Pro a replacement for Skip Force?+
No. Leads Pro is the same company under a new name, but it's a different kind of product. Skip Force sold skip tracing and property data on a per-match basis. Leads Pro sells a CRM with AI calling and outreach automation, and its plans don't include skip tracing or property records. If you used Skip Force for data, you'll need a different provider.
Is Skip Force still in business?+
Yes, under the name Leads Pro. The skipforce.com domain redirects to leadspro.io and the platform is actively selling. What ended was the Skip Force brand and its pay-per-match pricing model, not the company.
How much does Leads Pro cost?+
Leads Pro costs $97 per month for Starter, $197 for Growth, and $397 for Scale, all with unlimited users. Monthly allowances cover SMS, call minutes, emails, and workflow actions — Starter includes 500 SMS and 100 call minutes. AI usage is pay-as-you-go on top. Starter has a 14-day free trial requiring a credit card; Growth has no trial; Scale requires an onboarding call before activation. Skip traces and property records are not included at any tier.
How much did Skip Force cost?+
Skip Force charged per match: five to nine cents for carrier data, six cents with the $49 monthly membership, eight cents for the Prime Number Generator, and three cents to append an email. Property data ran separately at $99, $145, or $175 per month. Those rates are historical and no longer available.
Does Leads Pro still do skip tracing?+
Not as part of any published plan. We reviewed all three tiers — Starter, Growth, and Scale — and none list skip tracing, property data, or records among their features or monthly allowances. Their older marketing materials still describe skip tracing as part of the workflow, so it may exist as a separate purchase, but it isn't in the plans as of September 2026. Confirm directly with them before subscribing if data is what you need.
Can you buy skip tracing from Leads Pro on its own?+
Not through their published pricing. There's no standalone skip tracing option listed, and no data allowance in any tier. If it's available at all, it's outside the plans and undocumented publicly. Contact them directly — and get the per-record cost in writing before you commit to a subscription.
What happened to my Skip Force account?+
We found no public information about how existing Skip Force accounts were handled — no migration notice, support documentation, or announcement covering unused credits, active subscriptions, saved lists, or whether old logins still work. If you had a balance or an active subscription, contact Leads Pro and get an answer in writing.
Is Leads Pro worth it?+
It depends on what you need. As a sales CRM with a dialer, AI voice agents, and unlimited users, $97 to $397 a month is reasonable — especially if you're currently paying separately for a CRM, dialer, and sequencing tool. As a replacement for Skip Force, it isn't one. Skip tracing and property data aren't in the plans, so if data was why you used Skip Force, this product doesn't do that job.
What are the best Leads Pro alternatives?+
BatchSkipTracing for bulk tracing with a built-in dialer and DNC scrubbing. REISkip for investor-specific data with per-record pricing. Skip Genie for detailed individual lookups. Direct Skip for pay-per-hit with no subscription. If you're replacing Skip Force's low-volume model specifically, the per-record providers are the closest match.
Do you need a skip tracing tool to wholesale?+
No. Skip tracing speeds up outreach, but plenty of deals come from sources that don't require paid data at all — including the MLS. A tool is worth paying for once you have a repeatable process for working the list. Buy software to accelerate a system you already have, not to replace one you don't.

Final Thoughts On Skip Force And Leads Pro

Skip Force is Leads Pro now, and the honest read is that it got better for one group and worse for another.

For a team running campaigns every month — already paying for property data here, skip tracing there, a dialer somewhere else, and a mail vendor on top — consolidating into one platform at $97 to $397 is a reasonable trade. One workflow, one invoice, and analytics that actually work because everything lives in one place.

For everyone else, something real was lost. Skip Force's appeal at the low end was that there was no floor. You could trace three hundred records for twenty dollars and walk away. That was the version worth recommending to someone doing their first list, and it doesn't exist anymore. If that's what brought you here, look at the per-record providers instead.

Watch the transition itself, too. When we checked in September 2026, the old pricing page was dead while old product pages were still live advertising rates that no longer apply, and there was no public documentation of what happened to existing accounts. None of that makes the platform bad. It does mean you should confirm current pricing, included credits, and account status directly with them rather than trusting anything you read — including this page — without checking the date on it.

Here's the thing worth saying last, because it's the mistake we watch people make over and over. Nobody quits this business because their skip tracing tool wasn't good enough. They quit because they had five thousand phone numbers and no idea what to say, who to call first, or what to do when someone actually said yes. The data was never the bottleneck. The process was.

So before you spend $1,164 a year on a platform, get honest about which problem you actually have. If you've got a system running and data is your constraint, buy the tool — one of these will fit. If you haven't done a deal yet, the tool won't get you there, and paying monthly for one while you figure it out is an expensive way to learn that.

Learn The Process Before You Buy The Tools.

Nobody quits this business because their skip tracing tool wasn't good enough. They quit because they had a list and no system to work it.
